5 Tips to Increase your Energy, Manifesting and Self Healing.

Living in Universal flow allows the ego mind take a break from over thinking and analytics. It's learning to balance the negative and positive mind. Over thinking creates a negative mental loop that drains your vital life force energy making it difficult to create happy, healthy life experiences. These 5 simple tips cut through negative energy patterns and align you with the abundance of the Universe.




1. Spend time with Spirit every morning.


Whatever your spiritual background, take time every morning to align with the God of your understanding. Whether it’s through prayer, meditation, yoga or simply align with the Cosmos. Take time to be in that vibration.


Imagine a beautiful, clear diamond light coming through the crown of your head clearing away all the emotional debris in your aura. Then ask for clarity and organization in everything you do. This is a great time to journal any answers or insight you receive. This will lift and clear heaviness and blocks allowing Divine energy to surround and uplift you!



2. Gratitude


Amazing things happen to your mental processes when you choose to spend time thinking of all the good in your life!

It creates amazing, positive vibrations that are sent out from you to the magnetic force field bouncing right back to you with more of what you are thankful for! Quantum science studies have been showing us for years the power of our thoughts. If you haven’t watched the film What the Bleep Do We Know, I encourage you to do so. It has a very powerful message and will hopefully solidify the importance of daily gratitude in your life!

Take time to focus on 3 things you are most thankful for everyday. Write them down, say them out loud, or simply make a mental note. Make sure you share your gratitude with others and say thank you whenever it's appropriate. We all love to a little acknowledgement for a job well done. Thank your barista, tell your spouse what you appreciate about them, thank the person that held the door for you. Journals are wonderful, however make saying thank you to someone your best gratitude habit.




3. Spend time every day doing what you love.


Life can so easily get bogged down with 'have to’s'. What would you rather be doing? Where do your daydreams take you? What can you do to fit more of that into your daily routine? When you spend time doing something you enjoy, it has a direct impact on your emotional state, which raises your vibration and increases your energy. This can be anything that makes you feel good, and it’s different for everyone. It’s important not to feel guilty, or forced into it. No pressure! It can be anything from taking a nap, to having a great workout. It’s important that this activity makes you feel loved, and aligned with your soul. I love being creative, walking in nature, spending time with my family and fur babies while doing things that nurture my intuition!



4. Surround yourself with positive, supportive people.


This is one of the most important secrets of successful, happy people and one of the most difficult patterns to change. If you are reading this you are most likely an Empath or Sensitive and really dislike hurting the feelings of others. Your energy drain is happening because you have a difficult time setting boundaries and self care. People love to be around you because of your compassionate nature but many people drain energy rather than give it. It’s not a fault thing, the reasons are many, but most have never been taught the importance of uplifting people! Everyone has the same responsibility for their emotional state. It’s not up to you to fix or rescue anyone. Spending time with emotionally responsible, positive people creates an energy buzz! You feel good when leaving them and look forward to seeing them again. I have learned the hard way and have had to make the difficult decision to limit my time with angry people that put me down, and like to argue. When I was willing to let go, the Universe brought new friends that are so beautifully positive. We leave each other feeling lighter, happier and strong enough to tackle another day!

You deserve to feel good and be with people that are just as happy for you as you are for them.


5. Take a walk in nature.


Nature is the highest vibration on the planet. It has the ability to repair us at a cellular level. So much research has been done around the correlation between mental health and nature that it has changed the way many cities approach development and planning. It heals through colour, and sound such as flowing water, creaking trees and song birds restoring mental wellness and healing overstimulation.

High vibration and good energy is free from anxiety and is not connected to impulsive behaviour. It’s about having the energy to be productive while being grounded and clear headed. Spending time in nature is one of the simplest way to experience this, as it restores balance.


Living in the higher vibrations has caused me to crave it. It became easier to change old patterns for new ones because I loved how I felt. Synchronicities and miracles become the norm, and you attract more good, along with kinder friendships and Universal support. Life lessons are a part of being human, and there‘s no guarantee you won't have problems, however when you learn to harness that power of manifesting, and having your prayers answered, it gives you confidence to problem solve. Problems and solutions all part of the whole. One can't exists without the other. Higher consciousness connects you to all that is, and this is where the peace that passes all understanding lives. It's already in you, waiting for your desire for this connection, signaling the Universe to automatically clear the path. Small, simple steps that are consistent is the best way to establish long lasting, positive changes. Be gentle with yourself, and know you are worth the effort!
